ORDERS IN TRANSIT (ALREADY SHIPPED)
Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be canceled or modified. If your package is already in transit, please use one of the two options below:
•Refuse the Delivery: You can refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The carrier will mark it "Return to Sender" and ship it back to us.
•Accept and Return: You can accept the delivery and immediately initiate a standard return through our process below.
Note: For all orders canceled after shipment, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
STANDARD RETURNS
All returns are subject to the prior issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number, which must be obtained before any product is returned. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if received within fifteen (15) days from the original date of purchase and must be in complete, unused condition, in the original packaging, and suitable for resale at Neptunian Sky LLC's sole discretion.
To request an RMA number, you must submit a written request via email to support@neptuniansky.com. Returns submitted without a valid RMA number may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
REFUND PROCESS
We process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving a return. In the event the returned product is determined to be in resalable condition, a refund will be issued via mailed check, less a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Neptunian Sky LLC hereby warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the product purchased directly from Neptunian Sky LLC or its authorized sellers shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the original Purchaser and the specific product originally purchased and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is not a service contract and does not provide for replacement, repair, or return on demand, nor does it constitute an unlimited or recurring remedy. Warranty coverage is limited to a single qualifying defect or failure event, as determined solely by Neptunian Sky LLC.
All products subject to a Warranty Claim must be returned to Neptunian Sky LLC for inspection. Neptunian Sky LLC reserves the sole and exclusive right to disassemble, test, and evaluate any product to determine the applicability of this Limited Warranty. Any determination of defect or non-defect shall be made at Neptunian Sky LLC's sole discretion and shall be final.
For approved Warranty Claims reported within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, Neptunian Sky LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For claims submitted after thirty (30) days, the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs. All international Warranty Claims shall be shipped at the Purchaser’s sole expense.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and expressly excludes, any product failure, damage, or defect resulting from, including but not limited to:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Accidental damage, impact, or dropping
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
- Pump clogging or operation without required filtration components
- Freeze damage or environmental exposure outside of specified operating conditions
- Use with incompatible substances, including but not limited to petroleum-based liquids (oil, diesel, gasoline, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid)
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, or repair by any party other than Neptunian Sky LLC or its expressly authorized representative
VOIDING OF WARRANTY:
This Limited Warranty shall be automatically void and of no further force or effect if the product enclosure has been opened, tampered with, or if any enclosure screws have been removed, as such actions may result in internal damage not attributable to manufacturing defects. Without limiting the foregoing, this Limited Warranty specifically excludes:
- Pump clogging where the included pickup filter has not been properly installed or used
- Diaphragm failure caused by exposure to petroleum-based liquids
- Damage to control boards (PCB) resulting from improper installation, including but not limited to reverse polarity connections, as evidenced by inspection
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
In the event of a valid and approved Warranty Claim, Neptunian Sky LLC's sole obligation, and the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at Neptunian Sky LLC's discretion. Neptunian Sky LLC reserves the right to replace discontinued products with functionally equivalent alternatives.
Repeated claims, multiple failures of the same unit, or conditions indicating normal wear and tear, improper use, or non-defective performance, as determined by Neptunian Sky LLC, are expressly excluded from coverage under this Limited Warranty.
If Neptunian Sky LLC determines, upon inspection, that the product failure falls outside the scope of this Limited Warranty, the Purchaser will be notified and may be offered repair or replacement services at the Purchaser’s expense through Neptunian Sky LLC's BILGE-B-DRY Repair Program. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
All allegedly defective products must be returned to Neptunian Sky LLC's designated facility for inspection, testing, and evaluation prior to any Warranty determination. Products will not be replaced or repaired without physical inspection unless otherwise expressly authorized by Neptunian Sky LLC in writing.

Prior to submitting a Warranty Claim, Purchasers are strongly advised to review all applicable installation instructions and troubleshooting materials to confirm proper installation and operation.
To initiate a Warranty Claim, the Purchaser must complete and submit Neptunian Sky LLC's official Warranty Claim Form below. Upon receipt, Neptunian Sky LLC will respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe with further instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address.
