BILGE-B-DRY Repair

If your BILGE-B-DRY unit is no longer covered under warranty, we offer a no hassle repair process to get your unit ship-shape again.  We will remove/replace internal parts that may have failed, which include the circuit board and/or motors/pumps and fittings.

Please take care when packaging your unit for shipment to our facility to prevent damage.  You are responsible for shipping charges to our repair facility.

Note:

**Due to limitations in parts inventory for older models, we can only repair BILGE-B-DRY units purchased from January 2024 to present.  If you have an older model, please contact us at support@neptuniansky.com for information and discounts on our newest BILGE-B-DRY pumps.

**A return shipping fee is added to your order upon checkout.**

After placing your repair order, we will respond with the shipping address for your repair within 24 hours.

Please allow 1 week for repair and 3-5 days for shipping.
