If your BILGE‑B‑DRY unit is out of warranty, our cost‑effective, no‑hassle repair service gets your system ship‑shape again. We replace internal components as needed—including the circuit board, motors, pump, harness, and fittings—to restore full performance.

Please note: Repairs do not cover damaged enclosures, broken mounting tabs, missing screws, or cracked housing.

Shipping Your Unit
Package your unit carefully to prevent physical damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to our repair facility.

Model Eligibility
Due to hardware obsolescence, we can only repair BILGE‑B‑DRY units purchased after January 2024.
If you have an older model, contact us at support@neptuniansky.com so we can assist.

A return‑shipping fee will be added at checkout.

After You Place Your Order
You’ll receive the repair facility shipping address within 24 hours.
Please allow 1 week for repair and 3–5 days for return shipping.
